Although everything on my blog is a kitchen project, this page is for endeavors that really require research, planning and several tries before achieving perfection. The posts featured on this page are based on more technical experiments with stabilizers, thickeners, gums and chemical substances that are new to me. I will update this page less frequently because I’m sure there will be several attempts that fail, and thus lot’s of things in the trash can. It’s really hard to come by most of the ingredients in these recipes, so I can only play scientist every so often. Let’s hope I can expand my knowledge about the chemistry of food and in turn educate my readers.
