Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Cupcakes
Yes! They really do exist. When you bite into them there’s a hearty chunk of cookie dough to chew on and savor. I love a good scoop of Ben & Jerry’s Cookie Dough Ice Cream, but this is an anytime of the day straight from the countertop solution. Some friends mentioned how much they love cookie dough so I started looking around for recipes and was surprised to find there are lots out there. After testing and tweaking I’ve found the perfect recipe and I’m told its pretty darn good. I haven’t tried it myself, but I will very soon. The trick is freezing the cookie dough before immersing it into the batter and making sure the top gets ever so slightly baked. Also cookie dough frosting, yum.

Hi Priyanka Maci! We tried the cupcakes and they turned out… GREAT! The recipe was simple. The part we did wrong was that we put the cookie dough on the side because we thought that we didn’t have to put another cookie on top of the frosting. In the end it was fun! I will send pictures as soon as possible!
